Closer Look at Brinkley’s, Now Serving Pheasant, Fowl, and Fried Mars Bars

As expected, Tom and Anthony Martignetti’s redo of Bar Martignetti opened this week. Brinkley’s is now serving dinner from 5 p.m. till around 1 a.m., and service should expand in a couple of weeks. No reservations required — just walk on in. But before you do that, take a look at the remodeled space via our slideshow. The menu (slightly tweaked from when we first showed it to you) is also below, along with your first look at the beer and wine offerings.
