We’re very excited for the mutual admiration fest that is sure to go down at the Anthony Bourdain-David Chang “talk” at the New York Wine & Food Festival on Friday. The sold-out event, “I Call Bullshit,” is certainly going to offend someone in the audience. But will Bourdain and Chang dare call bullshit on the hype that surrounds each of them? Considering that Bourdain called Chang “the most important chef in America” on Martha Stewart Living Radio today, we doubt it. [Morning Living]
