Rustic Canyon has introduced a new menu for September, taking advantage of current harvests and dedicated, as always, to keeping everything in sight as sustainable as possible. Executive Chef Evan Funke has a keen eye for fall’s best, joining Tuscan lovely Cavolo nero with roasted baby beets, dried and pickled chiles, charred Concord grapes, honey crisp apples, crispy squash blossom, sun-chokes, and ripe peaches and pears in a farm-fresh feast with lamb meatballs, burgers, and pork chops from Niman Ranch, Woodland Farms duck breast, and Meyer Ranch steak.
