Sometimes you want a milkshake with your burger, but you also want to get a buzz on. If you had a drink like 25 Degrees’ Salty Caramel, with vanilla ice cream, bourbon, butterscotch and Hawaiian red sea salt, you could do both. The boozy milkshake is gaining popularity in among high-end burger joints such as Laurent Tourondel’s BLT Burger and Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak, where they’re fetching as much as $11 each.
