Meal Ticket breaks news of a chef shuffle: Brian Lofink, co-chef of Matyson, has abandoned the Rittenhouse BYOB in favor of G-Ho hotspot, The Sidecar. Lofink’s revamped menu is up on their web site; hours are changing, starting September 14, the kitchen will be open from 3 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. daily.
