The Back Bay Sel De La Terre is turning one this month, and to celebrate, they’re throwing an anniversary party with a fully insane lineup of chefs. The estimable Louis DiBiccari will, of course, play host and he’ll be joined by dante’s Dante De Magistris, Garden at the Cellar’s Will Gilson, Barbara Lynch’s right hand Colin Lynch, Toro’s Jamie Bissonnette, Anthony Susi of Sage, and L’Espalier’s Jiho Kim. Each chef will create one course, using local ingredients. Mixology will be handled by Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli of Craigie on Main and Eastern Standard’s Kevin Martin.
This lineup is phenomenal and the $125 per ticket is more than worth it, especially since all the proceeds are going to Share Our Strength. Grub Street strongly advises buying your tickets early.
