If you prefer your dumplings pan-fried to steamed, you can take Rickshaw off your list. The Flatiron restaurant’s fryer broke a few weeks ago, and there’s no plan to replace it. Sales of steamers were strong enough to abandon the fried option, an employee told us. The truck also serves only steamed dumplings.
