The fried-chicken craze is so pervasive that it even extends to other birds. Park Avenue Autumn’s “Carnival Menu” includes a dish called “Kentucky Fried Quail and Waffles.” The quail is prepared southern-style (with buttermilk) and then seasoned with ras el hanout.
