The Bon Apptit Supper Club and Caf will pop up in midtown on September 20, just in time to save us from starvationbypeer pressure during Fashion Week. This years theme is (of course) Grown in Manhattan and will include a small market with seasonal farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, and artisanal products for sale. Theres plenty of demos with names you know and love, including Jos Andrs, Top Chef alum Fabio Viviani, and Nancy Olson of Gramercy Tavern. Weve got the full schedule below.
