The Bon Appétit Supper Club and Café will pop up in midtown on September 20, just in time to save us from starvation–by–peer pressure during Fashion Week. This year’s theme is (of course) “Grown in Manhattan” and will include a small market with “seasonal farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, and artisanal products for sale.” There’s plenty of demos with names you know and love, including José Andrés, Top Chef alum Fabio Viviani, and Nancy Olson of Gramercy Tavern. We’ve got the full schedule below.
