Peace o’ Pie, a vegan pizzeria, will open in the former home of T.J.’s House of Vegan Pizza, reports Boston Restaurant Talk. Peace o’ Pie (not to be confused with Pennsylvania chain Peace A Pizza) may be opening in the same location and with the same concept as T.J.’s, but the website makes it very clear that this is a more gourmet spot with new owners. In addition to animal product-free pizza, Peace o’ Pie’s Facebook page indicates that there will be vegan desserts like peanut butter maple sweet rolls. The restaurant is expected to open by mid-September.
