It looks like the Lower Haight’s sausage paradise Rosamunde Sausage Grill is planning either a second location or a relocation to the current Cafe Arguello space in the Mission. We found this application for a beer and wine license online yesterday, and a source close to the deal tells us negotiations are underway for the sale of the the tapas/fern bar at 2832 Mission St. This would be a pretty serious step up from the current Rosamunde location, which features tiny counter stools and no beer. The new space is about 2,000 square feet, and while it doesn’t have outdoor seating, it has these enormous windows that give that feel. It also has a bar so traditionalist patrons can still eat their Rosamunde sausages while sitting on a tiny stool, like usual.
