The Momofuku restaurants are hosting special dinners with three esteemed French chefs (Iñaki Aizpitarte of Le Chateaubriand, Alexandre Gauthier of La Grenouillère, and Pascal Barbot of L’Astrance) as well as David Kinch of Manresa.
