Distrito, Jose Garces’s Mexican outpost in University City is rejiggering its concept to - surprise! - something more affordable, reports Penn’s Under the Button blog. A lower-priced menu and new TV’s are on the way; there will be cocktails $5, and apparently, there will be shooters.
