Crustacean Debuts Wine Pairings

Crustacean, seldom shy about tooting its own horn, will introduce wine pairing dinners to rejoice at recently winning an “Award of Ultimate Distinction” from Wine Enthusiast and “Best Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator. Chris Bradford, wine director at The Beverly Hills restaurant, will debut the pairings on September 16th by teaming up with Darioush Wineries to match glasses with a selection of Chef Helene An’s Indochine dishes. Bradford will accompany vineyard owner Darioush Khaledi in explaining why the chosen wines work well with Vietnamese cuisine. The $150 per person premiere of Crustacean’s wine pairings will be capped between 30 and 40 guests, with reservations available directly with the sommelier at 310-205-8990.
