Criminal charges have been filed against three vendors selling black-market Oaxacan cheese after various state agents purchased and tested their product, and found them dangerously unpasteurized. El Agave Restaurant Oaxaqueno, Mario Brothers Market, and Expresion Oaxaquena Market Inc. have been named by The L.A. Times as the accused. [L.A. Times]
