What to Eat at Splash, Opening By Labor Day

Splash, the Frank DePasquale owned nightclub that will offer an indoor waterfall and a roof deck with cabanas, won’t open on Kneeland Street for a few more weeks, but we’ve got a preview of the menu for you today. The key to remember here is that all this, from the fried clams to the inevitable Kobe burger, will be served until 5 a.m. 2 a.m.
