Tom Mylan roasted a 200-pound pig last weekend for a party at 3rd Ward in Williamsburg, and WNYC took some terrifying (delicious?) video. The porker was roasted in an above-ground pit (Brooklyn soil is too toxic for the in-ground method.) and doused with Mylan's own salsa roja.
