The bar menu at one sixtyblue was already tantalizing enough what with that four-buck burger, but chef Michael McDonald is upping the comfort food ante with the addition of some seriously haute dogs. Every Thursday night, pick up a wagyu weiner dressed up as various celebrities: the Chicago-style Vince V., topped with homemade relish, heirloom tomatoes, house pickle, onions, giardiniera peppers, and house-made mustard; the Blanche D., a very proper bratwurst steamed in beer, topped with caramelized onion, grilled peaches, jalapeno jack cheese and chipotle barbecue sauce; and the love-it-or-hate-it Donald T., topped with sauerkraut and spicy mustard. $8 gets you the dog of your choice, plus a pile of fries.
