Roll over to The 2nd Annual Taste of East L.A. around 4 p.m. today and find yourself with 20 Eastside restaurants exchanging eats for tickets and tunes by Nation of Atzlan. It looks like tamales and tacos will dominate, though Subway and Coffee Bean will do their best to gentrify things. There will also be awards for best chile and salsa, and while the fare is not exactly East L.A. Meets Napa, the event looks looser and a little more fun.
