The dates for the next Restaurant Week, Center City District’s $35 three-course prix-fixe dining extravaganza, have been announced. Once again, Restaurant Week has expanded to two weeks: you can discount-dine September 13 through 18 and September 20 through 25 - skipping over that lucrative Saturday, September 19, of course.
A new addition for this version: a $20 lunch prix-fixe. The usual drinks-tax-tips are extra rules apply and not all restaurants will participate in both meals. The lunch option does open up the playing field a bit, especially if places like Amada, which is traditionally jammed, end up serving lunch and dinner. The list of restaurants from the previous Restaurant Week is still up at the CCD’s site, we’ll update you when it goes live.
