The Regal Beagle is coming to the old Takeshima site on Harvard Avenue, reports the Brookline TAB Blog. Long (and we do mean long) time readers of this blog will recall that, back in 2007, a Gwen Butler owned seafood spot called Perpetual Oyster was slated to take the space, but that fell through. The TAB Blog is playing coy about what the Regal Beagle actually is, but Neal Simpson hints that it’s connected to Church. Is it too much to hope for a Three’s Company themed bar?
