Orhan Yegen of Sip Sak told us he was teaming with his former chef at Turkish Kitchen, Ramazan Ay, to open a Coney Island restaurant called Cizbiz. Now Ay, who has operated Kebab House in Little Neck for thirteen years, tells us that Yegen decided against partnering, and the restaurant will be called Ay Kitchen when it opens in September. Expect specialties like kokorec (intestines), kozleme (grilled eggplant), fried mussles, and brain salad. Mmmm.
