Three new restaurants will open in the next two weeks, and Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld have the advance word in this magazine preview. Joseph Leonard in the West Village will be a “bar with serious food”; Bia Garden on the Lower East Side is Michael “Bao” Huynh’s Vietnamese beer garden; and Park Slope is the lucky recipient of Bark Hot Dogs, where the pork-and-beef wieners are basted with “housemade smoked lard butter.” Consult Rob and Robin’s openings report for more details.
