It’s a big loss for the Bainbridge Street dining strip: Ansill Food + Wine, the small plates mecca that made its name by creating delicious dishes out of traditionally-unloved-by-Americans animal parts like pigs trotters and, more recently, created buzz via a killer Korean taco special, closed for business over the weekend. Although a sign on the door says its just closed for the summer, Meal Ticket reports it’s more permanent than that.
