It looks like Chez T.J. vet Joshua Skenes and Local wine guy Mark Bright are teaming up on a new restaurant project, which will only be open one night a week. Michael Bauer blogged today that the two will start serving Sunday at Saison, which is going into the space adjacent to Stable Cafe at Folsom and 17th Streets. “As the restaurant finds its way, it will slowly add nights until it serves its four-course, fixed-price dinners ($60) five nights a week.” That’s one way to do it.
