Here’s one drinking establishment that magazine left off of their 2009 Best of Philly list: Oscar’s. The grunge-tastic Sansom Street tavern has been fingered as the nameless Center City bar that Philly mag writer Victor Fiorillo and several associates allege served them well bourbon in Maker’s Mark bottles. Fiorillo was at the bar when the state police officer arrived to investigate and gives the dirty details on what went down at the dive.
