Per Ses publicist tells us that Thomas Keller has no plans for a new project in Gotham right now (hes busy readying an outpost of Bouchon for Beverly Hills, opening date TBD), but well go ahead and float this rumor from the Feedbag because we want it to be true: Thomas Keller is bringing another restaurant to New York, to one of the new high-rise buildings in Chelsea on the West Side Highway. Its not clear whether it will be a Bouchon, an Ad Hoc, or some other concept. But the sense I am getting from my auguries is that this will be an actual restaurant, not a casual concept folded into some other space. This is happening in the near future, probably the fall.
