Joanne Chang is currently scouting for space for a third location of flour bakery + cafe. Chang Tweets that her dream locations include Beacon Hill and Kenmore, Park, and Central Squares. The location must have venting so the baking can be done on-site, be near a hospital, museum, or school, be within biking distance of the two existing flours in the South End and Fort Point, and be near a T stop. Chang is taking location suggestions via Twitter, so if you want those amazing sandwiches and pastries in your neighborhood, now’s your chance to advocate.
