We’ll finally get a taste of what Ilan Hall is cooking tonight by stopping into Atwater Village’s Canele where, via Twitter, Hall has announced his participation in a three-course prix fixe dinner with Corina Weibel, the restaurant’s co-owner and chef. On the menu for this evening?
Dishes are subject to change, but so far the menu we have seen looks like a healthy dose of what Hall will be bringing to his coming downtown restaurant The Gorbals, heavy as it is on the Scottish-Jewish flavor the Top Chef winner frequently mentions.
