How is it possible that you did not ask legendary Le Bec-Fin chef Georges Perrier to compete in Top Chef Masters? The man is clearly made for television as you can see from this philly.com video, wherein he makes his own version of a cheesesteak with Gruyere and mustard for Inquirer reporter Michael Klein and The Great Philly Cheesesteak Book author Carolyn Wyman. We do hope you’ll correct this egregious oversight and invite him on for Season Two after watching. We’re pretty sure he’ll do it. He might even cry!
