Bubor Cha Cha has opened in Chinatown, reports Boston Restaurant Talk. The Malaysian restaurant is housed in the former Grand Chau Chow (RIP!) space on Beach Street and is serving up delicacies like mango tofu, and strawberry-flavored pork chops. If you can handle the legendarily intense smell, there’s even durian pancakes. In addition to the Malaysian menu, Bubor Cha Cha also serves a small selection of Indonesian and Thai foods. It’s an exciting addition to the neighborhood, where Penang has been the only Malaysian option for some time.
