A few days after an employee contracted hepatitis A, Momofuku Ssäm has sent out word that the rest of its team has tested negative for the disease and the Department of Health has found no evidence of transmission. If you’re still not convinced, rest assured Rachel Maddow had no qualms about tucking into a bo ssäm (among other things!) last night with Food & Wine’s Kate Krader. The pundit’s appetite is impressive given that it was midnight, but it’s no surprise she appreciated Ssäm’s hand-cut ice cubes — we’ve long known her to be an avid mixologist.
