Whenever summer comes, outdoor concert and movie series are sure to follow. And when those roll around, attendees fall into one of two categories of blanket-sitter: the ones with the carefully arrayed spread of brie, fruit, chilled shrimp, and mineral water; and the ones with the Gatorade and Doritos. We, like many people, fall roundly into the latter camp, our caprese salad dreams thwarted by the a demanding work schedule and a lack of readily available tupperware.
