Susur Lee (not Todd English, who pulled out) is opening a place in D.C.’s Donovan House hotel on June 8, per the Washington Business Journal, and Ed Witt, the outré chef from Bloomingdale Road, is also headed to Capital City. Food Writer’s Diary reports that he’s planning to open a Turkey-influenced restaurant, called Morso, in Georgetown at the end of the summer.
