Argentine Chef Cameo at Il Buco

South American celebrity chef Francis Mallmann will cook a $90 five-course dinner with wine pairings at Il Buco on June 15 to celebrate his first English-language cookbook: Seven Fires: Grilling the Argentine Way. All dishes — like chimichurri rib eye and Tableton Mendocino, a dulce de leche pastry for dessert — are in the book. Wines hail from Mendoza, of course.
