Start looking for former Top Chef contestant Radhika Desai at Tabla. A source at her former Chicago restaurant, Between Boutique Cafe & Lounge, tells us that Radhika will be chef de partie under Floyd Cardoz. The hostess at Tabla was “unable to confirm that at this time,” but didn’t deny the information. Considering Rad’s reliance on Indian spices and preparations during her reality-TV days, a job at Danny Meyer’s haute–South Asian restaurant seems like a solid fit.
