It’s come to our attention that a bar in midtown, Channel 4 Irish Pub & Restaurant, has been serving the infamous bacon explosion as an occasional special. Hilarious. And also deeply nauseating. Though the bar’s hostess couldn’t give us any indication of when it might be back on the menu, she did say it could be specially requested by a large party if you call a day or two in advance (roughly the amount of time it takes to start making the dish, stop and puke, go back to its preparation, barf some more, and finally take it out of the oven). Stick some candles in it and send us a photo from your next birthday party.
