Temple Bar Gets New Executive Chef

Michael Scelfo, most recently of Good Life, is replacing executive chef Tom Berry at Temple Bar in Cambridge. He’s overseen the kitchens at local neighborhood spots like North Street Grille and Tea Tray, and he’s hoping to keep that neighborhood feel at his new post. The menu will be revamped to include some of his signature dishes, like cider-braised “Ozark Berkshire” pork belly, house-made sausage and roasted fennel pizza, and wild ramp and morel mushroom risotto with Hudson Valley foie gras.
