New Freemans Chef Debuts Menu


A couple of personnel notes: Eater reports that John Tesar, who had replaced Eric Hara at Fishtail, has left to open a restaurant back in Texas (New York restaurateurs: Don’t mess with Texas chefs). And Freemans tells us the chef who replaced Michael Citarella is Preston Madson, Citarella’s former sous. No radical departures in his spring dinner menu (we’ve got the cocktail menus for dinner and brunch, too).
