Myers + Chang Gets a Sriracha Shout -out

Myers + Chang’s pork belly bánh mì with sriracha aioli got a nod from the New York Times’s food blog Diner’s Journal in a roundup of dishes from every state featuring the traditional Thai hot sauce. Myers + Chang, however, isn’t the only Boston restaurant to offer a meal prominently featuring the condiment. Look for Siriracha in stir-fries at many of the city’s Thai restaurants, including Bamboo and Chilli Duck. It also gives the buffalo wings at McFadden’s some kick and is tossed with fried calamari, pineapple, pepperonicini, and lemon caper aioli at Vinalia.
