In their opening report, Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld call Jo’s an American bistro with a Nolita history. Its owners are a former beverage director at Barmarché, the owner of White Rabbit, and the previous owners of supper club Torch. The dinner menu, below, includes dishes like foie gras French toast and crayfish open ravioli. Jo's opens tonight; click through the slideshow to preview the space before you go and enjoy the $9 cocktails.
