Death & Co.’s spring menu is in full effect starting today. On the food side, you’ll see that the previous chef, James Flak, is out, and Mayahuel’s Luis Gonzales is now onboard. That means Kobe sliders are out; lobster brioche rolls are in. On the drinks end, flips are gone, and there’s now a section called “Ladies Choice,” curated by female staffers (a manager and two servers).
