TWO Proprietor Re-Joins Kitchen

David Gingrass

After a 15-year break, TWO proprietor David Gingrass will step back into the kitchen as Executive Chef, he announced today.

“The 70 hour weeks aren’t quite as easy as they used to be, but the cooking’s just as much fun,” the chef and renowned “hot bachelor” (now taken. Sorry ladies) wrote in an e-mail.

Additional kitchen changes include new pastry chef Bryn Robson and sous chef Randy Lutz, both of whose biographies are up on TWO’s staff page.

One thing all these new hands are doing in the kitchen is cranking out a new menu deal called Five for $Five, where they offer five items for $5 each. Check out last week’s choices after the jump.
