Baoguette hardly has a lock on St. Marks noodles, but till now it was, to our knowledge, the only place serving pho. They better enjoy that while it lasts — Pho 32 and Shabu will be opening a second location at 13 St. Marks Place (right between Je'Bon Noodles and Udon West) in about two months, we're told. Throw in Setagaya and a few others, and we can officially call St. Marks between Second and Third the city's noodle nook. Also, don't forget May Chan Ramen & Robatayaki, coming to the former Love Saves the Day space around the corner.
