Which means we’ll never again have to risk life and limb devouring a Quijote sandwich while biking into the office (yes, the things are so good that waiting to eat them is not an option). The delivery program is in test-run phase, meaning that in true old-world tradition, sandwiches, salads, and tapas are being delivered by foot, so the area of coverage is limited (between Houston and Canal and between West Broadway and Bowery), but we’re assured that if the program takes off, they’ll hire a biker.
