No Mo’ Momo

A day after we ask writers to stop comparing every vaguely Momo-like restaurant to Momofuku, we read this in Travel & Leisure’s “50 Best U.S. Restaurants”: “Finding it impossible to score that online reservation at David Chang’s 12-seat Momofuku Ko? Despair not: Seek nirvana behind the maplewood counter at Soto (where reservations are, blissfully, available).” Other NYC restaurants that make the cut: Corton, Convivio, Scarpetta, Gottino, Txikito, Co., and Dovetail. So wait a minute, why isn’t Ko itself on the list? Is a page of our magazine missing? Did someone rip out the Ko centerfold? What the hell is going on here?
