Guest of a Guest (already in Hamptons mode) reports that the Eldridge’s Matt Levine, in addition to redoing the restaurant at the Hotel on Rivington, will be behind a new club, the Georgica, in Bridgehampton this summer. Also said to be involved: Danny Devine, Jus Ske, and (tentatively) the Koch brothers, who may try to reproduce their Merkato 55 brunch magic. [Guest of a Guest]
