Boston has always had food trucks, but it’s never been a food truck city, per se. That could all be changing, however, according to a slew of food truck stories in today’s Globe. The Trolley Stop trucks in Natick and Framingham, MIT’s Clover Food Lab, and the justly-obsessed-over Silk Road BBQ in Belmont are all lovingly profiled, but these aren’t Boston’s only awesome mobile food options. In fact, between the aforementioned trucks and spots like M&M; Ribs and Speed’s Hot Dogs, Boston is slowly but surely catching up to food-truck-obsessed New York. We’ve made a map, shown below, of some of Boston’s best food trucks. Do you know about any other excellent mobile eats? Let us know in the comments!
