OMG, we were so FREAKING scared when a Momofuku restaurant somehow wasn’t honored in Travel & Leisure’s list of 50 best, but everything’s okay now (the apocalypse is not upon us), because Food & Wine has named Momofuku Ssäm Bar’s “pork innovation” a reason New York is one of the world’s top five food cities.
