Here are a few easy opportunities to give: This month, the chefs at Danny Meyer’s restaurants (minus Shake Shack) are each serving their unique interpretation of chicken soup (see the list here — we’re eyeing Eleven Madison Park’s Chicken Velouté With Sweetbreads and Black Truffles), and $2 of each bowl goes to City Harvest. And from March 22 to 28, the UNICEF Tap Project returns — at participating restaurants you can donate a dollar or more for a glass of tap water, and help provide safe drinking water around the world. And finally, there’s Time Out for Hunger on March 8 — participating eateries will donate 10 percent of the day’s proceeds to the much-in-need Food Bank for New York City. Now give till your tummy hurts!
